Gas Field Products

With a reputation for taking on the most demanding jobs -- high pressure, high specification, tough applications -- Dresser Rand covers virtually every application in the gas field with the most versatile compressor line-up on the market. Our gas field compressors are designed to ISO 13631 or API-618 specifications. D-R offers seven different models with horsepower (HP) ranges from 200 to 11,000 HP, allowable rod loads from 15,400 to 90,000 psi, rated speeds from 850 to 1800 rpm, and pressures up to 8,000 psig. Gas field compressors are engineered to handle all types of applications including gas lift, gas gathering, pipeline boosting, gas transmission, gas storage (injection and withdrawal), fuel gas boosting, landfill gas recovery, and other field and plant requirements. They are suited not only for sweet natural gas, but can also be applied to sour natural gas, acid gas, propane, carbon dioxide, air, nitrogen, and process services such as hydrogen and syngas. Whatever the application, no other company can match Dresser-Rand compressors for performance, efficiency, reliability, and lifecycle.
