Gas Turbines – Brazil (GT-203)
This three-day, advanced level, classroom course provides information on performance data for continuous operation at ISO conditions and correction factors for different temperatures, pressure and losses. Students will learn fundamental operating parameters such as heat rate – LHV, output power, fuel consumption, thermal efficiency, and internal losses. The course covers on-site operation instructions, level 1 maintenance procedures and an introduction to level 2. Students will interpret and trace all of the support system diagrams such as air flow, fuel and start gas system, gas generator lube oil system, water wash system, instrumentation, enclosure air flow, and the fire and gas suppression system.
